The City of Ark

Near the end of the Age of Tempered Steel, God Emperor Geffuhlos and the Grand Cyberpunk Empire of Efficiency managed to create a floating "Anti-Moon" in which his kingdom is based in, The City of Ark. It's able to be reached by various Spires across the continents. The city floats mightily above the planet and is a monument to both the gods he loves and the power he holds over the country.
The Anti-Moon uses an inverse gravitational field to project an outward gravitational force pushing the structure into orbit around Tolaris. Due to this, the outside of the giant metal sphere is completely barren as the city as been built on the inside using several concentric spheres going towards the center.
When Geffuhlos' artifact went on a rampage, various pockets of time froze across The City of Ark. This rendered many of the cyberpunk automatons in the city rogue and murderistic and many locations uninhabitable. The Outer Sphere of Ark seems to be mostly safe but deeper within many artifacts and powerful tools were lost.
