Veil Junkies
Veil Dust is a substance extracted from the corpses of the Veil Weavers that fall from the sky and land on Tolaris. In small to moderate quantities, it can awaken a person’s psychic potential turning them into a Psion; it is when one abuses it when they become a Veil Junkie.
Veil Junkies are extremely powerful psychics that have developed a crippling addiction for Veil Dust. Being subjected to so much mental strain for so long makes a huge impact in one’s psyche; as a result, most Veil Junkies are several degrees of psychotic, visibly twitching and easily enraged.
When you first gain this Casting Tradition, you must take the Oath of Ritual, as you need to maintain a steady supply of Veil Dust lest your health suffers. You do not gain the Oath Point from this Oath. Whenever you spend downtime tending to your vices, you gain a circumstance bonus equal to 2 + ½ Your Hit Dice to your Autohypnosis checks as the euphoria keeps your madness in check.

Reclusive Curse:
You are reclusive and paranoid to the point that your allies cannot easily help you in times of stress or unease. Whenever you are in combat, your allies must succeed at a melee touch attack to affect you with touch spells, and you must attempt saving throws to resist all spells cast by anyone other than yourself, even those cast by allies. Instantaneous spells you cast only on yourself affect you as though your caster level were 1 higher. • At 5th level, any spells you cast only on yourself affect you as if they were modified by the Extend Spell feat. This does not increase their level or casting time.• At 10th level, you are immune to charm spells and spell-like abilities.
• At 15th level, you gain spell resistance equal to 10 + your oracle level.
