Language of the Originals

The Language of the Originals is a mysterious and little understood ancient language. It was a language used by the original inhabitants of Tomeria, known as The Ancients. It is so lost to time that no one even knows the original name of the language. It is highly revered by races that have a connection to The Ancients as a few of the words of the language have slowly been passed down through the generations. This remains especially true in the Ageroth Mountains as there have been entire battles fought over what could be a clue or word discovered in this language. 
Some scholars believe this language holds an innate power as it contains the original naming scheme of everything in Tomeria giving those that use it power over whatever it speaks. For better or for worse this language in large has been lost to time preventing those from ever fully understanding it's power. This doesn't stop some however who will pay any price to find any word in this language. 
It is theorized that the Ancients and gods have so much power through their use of the language. With it some scholars theorize that it allowed them to shape the world to their liking with it. However with such power it is theorized to have caused much chaos throughout the land leading other scholars to dispute this claim as all beings that knew the language would be able to wreak havoc and disarray across the land that would still be seen today. 
The Language of the Originals is such a potential source of information and power that an entire school of magic, the Order of the Scribes has sprung up in pursuit of words in this ancient language.
