Bandalf

Bandalf is a wizard who used Magic in many ways, yet he became an expert of Abjuration, the art of protecting himself and others. Ancient student of the Evocation School, he followed the class of Antonidas when the famous wizard was still alive and is now a professor in the Abjuration school.

Physical features

It is impossible to say which catches the sun’s rays more readily: the blonde locks of the adolescent Elf standing before you, or his tanned, golden skin. Dressed in slacks and a tailored shirt, his black smoking jacket truly draws the eyes, as twin brass dragons, picked out in fine thread, twist around the silken sleeves. A manticore leather belt straps a low-slung holster across his slender hips; a wand with a curiously curved grip juts from the top. Though the young elf projects a look of wide-eyed innocence, the moment you hear him speak, you recognize the vocabulary as one that a far older being might employ.

History

Once a young elf with too much energy, Bandalf started to go on a journey to explore the known world, an experience that revealed itself to be dangerous, yet Bandalf was impressed by the influence of magic on the world and decided to study it.
Entering the evocation school in Windrin, Bandalf was one of the many students taught by the prestigious Antonidas, a schoolmate of the now famous Jaina Proudmoore. However, he dropped out of school before becoming an expert, as the spells studied in the Evocation courses were not to his liking anymore. For years, he experimented with various schools, studying even Necromancy, tho he never raised the dead.
Finaly, Bandalf developed a knack for Abjuration, a magic to protect, yet he expanded the definition of 'protect'. Warding himself against the passing time, against bad luck, and against various other threats in his point of view. With his original view on abjuration, some asked him to become their master, to teach them, yet he refused, saying if he had to teach, he would do it for everyone worthy, at one of the Academy of magic schools.
Years later, Bandalf entered the Abjuration school as a professor.
