Elven celebration
Elves generally dedicate their prayer to Nesiven on this day. The tradition was originally held on the first of Lothron, as Lothron tend to be dedicated to the goddess of blood and wine, but the date changed to match Elisia's Festival.Young elves go into the forest to pick up leaf-bearing branches and flowers which they offer to their sweetheart by placing a bouquet on their windowsill. This gesture is called esmaying
Sometimes esmaying can be used to insult. dead flowers of leafless branches mean a lack of virtue. Others tie eggshells, detritus or even insulting words to those branches.
