Government
The union is a strictly political organization, who aim to unite the various clans, prides and tribes. As such, it was designed to be fair for the various representent who are assisting its anual meeting.
Truth being told, the union give only an illusion of fairness, each faction has a representant, and in addition, the one hosting the reunion as an additional representant, and as such, an additional voice. Chezucore are known to always host the meeting in their capital city, Orrinshire, and as such represant more voice. They are also known to use intimidation, manipulation and magic to sway the other representant.

Relations
The faction has no real allies, because of the diversity of the peoples making up the union, they cannot agree to create stable and lasting alliances. Nevertheless, a peace treaty was concluded with Tana's Empire. But due to the lack of respect for its condition, the treaty didn't last long, and a new one was concluded specifically with the hobgoblin empire.
The chaotic organization of these lands poses many problems for the implementation of such agreements. And the Hobgoblin empire comes out of this as a stable nation to communicate with for other countries, as such, the two important pact and agreements have been signed with the hobgoblin empire instead of the union of some green earth tribe.
Of course, other trades and diplomatic agreements exist with the neighboring nation, but they are not important enough to be part of the official paper.
History
Many tribes missing opportunities, may they be economic, military, or political, and some of those tribes wish to get a better grasp on the affair of this world. In order to fix this issue, an official union of some of those tribes was declared. This unification gathering the Chezucore theocracy, The Horse-Skull clan, the Oreskos pride, The hobgoblin empire, and the Kural-Skatuch clan under a common, banner.
But, with the many conflicts with the green earth, some pacts and deals have been directly addressed to the hobgoblin empire, and rumors say they are about to quit this union.
