Goblin

The most abundant of the goblinoids by far, goblins are also the weakest of their kin. If they live among Bugbears and Hobgoblins, they often are subservient to their larger cousins. On their own, or amongst clutches of goblins that don't bear larger goblinoids, they are also the most inclined of their kin towards relatively friendly interactions with other races. This does not always prove to be the case, however...
