A small settlement in the swamps of the Kalarisi Forest. R'hastiil was settled by former residents of Silmaniir seeking a more quiet life away from the strict rule of the Silmani government.

Government

Though still technically under the control of Silmaniir, R'hastiil functions independently with it's own small governing body.
