The male head of the oldest sun-elf House in Loudwater, his youngest daughter, Leilatha Phelaniityr, has been kidnapped by cultists of Bhaal.

Born 1027 DR Grew up on the edge of the Delimbyr Vale, by the High Forest, near Loudwater. Witnessed the conquering of the Delimbyr Vale by the Rensha family. Was already a prominent member of the Loudwater Council, and so was co-opted by the Renshas when they puppeted the city. Planted his prize rosebush as a dedication to evicting them from his beloved Delimbyr Vale. When his daughter was born mute in 1309, he blamed the evil magic of the Renshas for cursing his daughter. He helped support, in secret, the adventures of Nanathlor Greysword as he ventured to become the first of the returned Green Regents.
