Governor Nighthill
Tarbaw Nighthill is the man who runs Greenest. He always seems to be walking with a slight limp and uses a cane to support him sometimes. Now roughly 60 years old, a warrior in his younger days, he settled in Greenest once his military days were behind him. He’s grown to love the community he now oversees, and takes his role as Governor and leader of the people of Greenest seriously and solemnly, doing his best to look to the community’s needs.
