Maria Aurelia Vulso
Queen Maria Aurelia Vulso (a.k.a. Elia the Pale)
Maria Aurelia Vulso was born in disputed Ad Pontes territory in 1538. Her father was a shepherd.
In 1555, Maria had a relationship with a nobleman, and the union resulted in the birth of her bastard son, Cassius Tiberius. Becuase of his natural strength and speed, Maria pushed her son into the knighthood. He swore an oath to House Ingrassia of Miramare, and quickly rose the ranks.
During a tourney celebrating the knighthood of Prince Franco De Domenicio, Cassius Vulso surprised all with an upset win, gaining the attention of King Francisco I himself. The king intended to make Cassius his heir, but when stopped by his parliment, he instead married Maria and claimed the boy was his.
Maria currently reigns as queen consort, though many doubt her status, as she was never confirmed in a church. Her royal flower is a Chrysanthemum.
