Jack is the head of border control security for the Amondiage interstellar division.
It is well documented that he goes to great lengths (sometimes extreme) to achieve his goals and ensure the safety of Amondiage. He takes deep pride in his job, and once somebody has become a blip on his radar, he does not stop pursuing it until he has all the information he needs to make a final decision.
He is also the father of Kevin Joseph.
