We are finally seeing the beginning the restoration of Laiqua. Mikel's town is no longer alone. Just last week the village of Serrice agreed to join with Mikel's town, and negotiations are beginning with Daps port and Cold Crossing. If that wasn't enough, an alliance has been formed with Southport aimed at creating a peaceful region, with the noble races banding together to drive out the treacherous elves. Captain Tamrin has already travelled North to begin talks aimed at establishing a staging post, leaving Lieutenant Abrin to step up recruitment for the steel guard. If you wish to do your part in defending our homes, it's the ideal time to join. But don't think that this is just a military alliance. Lord Drak has promised any community that allies with Mikel's town help to build paved roads and easier access to iron.
