Desmond Hull is an old-fashioned guy, keeps to himself mostly, but isn't afraid to throw his weight around. He grew up in The Tapped House as his grandfather built it from the ground up near eighty years ago. He spent sometime on the road and in the mountains of the Broken Spine of Salazar and picked up a few things on his travels. The stability and success of The Tapped House have allowed him to give his family and the community more opportunities then he had growing up.
