Harold Saul oversees the distant northeast territories of Giamela from Kisal's Keep in Midford, but he's more tolarated than actually respected by both the nobility and the common folk. Known to the commoners as "The Ignavus Count", he has never displayed any skills or martial prowess and has been little more than a glorified tax-collector for his entire life. Hence the reason he is stationed far from the land and sea borders of the Giamela Kingdom. But being a tax collector has enabled him to live rather luxuriously and allowed him to acquire the deeds to much land and buildings, including the keep itself.
