Rupert Volker, the First Prince of the Thirty-fourth and the Thirty-fifth Emperor of Salvae, was the first-born son of Aron and Marcella Volker. He ascended to the throne on the Fifteenth Day of Kythorn of 995 ATS after his father's death. He unfortunately would perish within the same week under similar circumstances as his father. He would be succeeded by his younger brother Lucian and has the distinction as one of the shortest reigns of an Emperor of the Empire. He was laid to rest in the Mausoleum of Salvae Emperors.
