Silphium (Sill-fie-um)
Silphium is a rare medicinal plant that has a myriad of uses but is difficult, nigh impossible, to domestically cultivate, even by magical means have proven difficult and inconsistent at best, and has only been found as individual plants or in small, scattered coastal pockets across Kalbela and herbalists that have found these pockets guard them covetously as Silphium is worth more than its weight in gold to the right buyer and the merchants that can source the rare plant have a long list of buyers from medicine men to nobility.
