Kalbela (khal-bel-ah)
The continent of Kalbela sits within the Ocean of Torrose and spans about 3000 miles from East to West and 2500 from North to South and is geographically diverse trending towards warmer climates and is primarily comprised of grasslands, mountains, deserts, and forests.
The major Geographic standouts are the Song Maiden's Bay, The Twained Mountain, and the Broken Spine of Salazar of the Salvae Empire. The Gold Plains, a harsh, near 1000 mile long, desert sitting in the center of the continent. The Strait of Telemai and the Turquoise Bay that nearly divides the Raja'ri Territories in twain, while its southernmost border is the Great Southern Wall, more than 700 miles of harsh mountains and the highest peak in all of Kalbela, the Heart of Fire. The Twin-tail Peaks begin near the Giamela Kingdom's Western border and span westward in the The Gold Plains and Southwest into the Raja'ri Territories where the Bay of Respite is. While several hundred miles eastward across the Torrose, lie the Isles of Oteth and the Kingdom of Oteth, almost completely isolated from the tribulations of the main continent.
