Construction beginning/end

The blood of a great knight from the destructions of The Sundering flowed through the veins of the descendents of Bartholomew Voloken, the man who would become the first formal leader of the to-be Salvae Empire. He would begin laying the foundations of what was to become Arine, though he would not see the completion of the initial foundations; what started as a humble waterside village would become a continental superpower of the Third Age with a lineage set to last for a thousand more years to be ruled by Volker Emperors, descendents of the man whose surname was almost lost to history.
