During a public 'show' the essence of the Kapitan of Striflucas was returned to the Material Plane by the Primas' assistant, turning his rotting corpse into some form of Order Demon.   His new form seemed to follow the orders of the Primas' assistant and was sent to deliver the group to an undisclosed location.
