Summary
An avatar of the Japanese Goddess of Nightmare and Forbidden Knowledge. Osogami Wakatsu is, in comparison to Omoikane's other avatars, more explicitly human and Japanese in her form. For these reasons, she is most often sent to commune with the deity's earthly worshipers in the Empire of Japan. While Wakatsu does not lord her status as the aspect of a god over those around her, neither does she make a secret of the fact. Omoikane's domain is that of uncovering terrible truth, after all; not concealing it.
