Boy Hunter Rokkaku no Ateshi (a.k.a. 六角の貴)

Summary

A potent, nearly-unique creature not quite an oni and not quite a yōkai, but fully a member of the Council of Six Corners. Rokkaku no Ateshi is notable for her blank stare, mighty strength, and incredible weight at complete odds with her slender figure. She carries with her, always, a stuffed horse with a single horn and an impatient expression, as well as a wooden mallet. The mallet isn't for show; Ateshi has been known to use it with great effectiveness to knock out those who have fallen into her iron grip. The stuffed animal's purpose, however, remains unknown.
As the least intelligent of the Council of Six Corners, Ateshi is usually chosen for the less-desirable jobs, such as greeting visitors at the castle gate in the middle of the night. She doesn't ever complain. Indeed, her flat stare and slightly-open mouth are inscrutable to even the other members of the Council. For all these strange traits, Ateshi is as beautiful as the other girls in Kannonji Castle, and she tends to make a good impression on people in spite of her awkward presence.
