Summary

A Zoog who seems to have somehow slipped through the open Dreamlands portal in Ise Grand Shrine. Zoie is, as many Zoog, not particularly bright. She makes up for this lack with a boundless desire to be involved in whatever she sees happening. In this case, this meant the All-Out Frog-Out taking place amongst the Hashinara Clan. Fortunately for Zoie, she already looks quite a bit like a frog. Unfortunately for her, the judges saw through her deception in an instant. She was summarily disqualified. And yet you might still vote for her. After all, why not? Her option is right there, on the list, even though it says "disqualified" just next to it.
Back in the Dreamlands, Zoie was something of a professional nuisance. She got her sustenance by munching on low-level artifacts traded between Baharna and Celephaïs. Enough captains eventually realized she wasn't going to stop and they couldn't catch her, so they began putting her to use. For a modest fee, Zoie will sneak aboard a rival ship and gorge herself on whatever magical items happened to be in the cargo hold. Truthfully, it's an arrangement happy for all involved. Except for the poor trader who just lost most of their profits to a Zoog.
