Viscount
Requirements
To attain the title of viscount, one must be of the age of 30 years and have some sort of noble birthright. The title is attained after a vote in which candidates are chosen by members of the Council of Artisans.
Appointment
One is raised to this rank after a vote by the Council of Artisans, a legislative system made up of representatives from various merchant guilds who are entrusted to make laws and watch over the viscount. After the vote, a small ceremony occurs in which the viscount is crowned by the head of the most influential artisan guild.
Duties
The viscount must run the nation of Doremas and maintain the nation's stable relationship with the various artisan guilds that maintain its economy and act as the nation's lawmakers.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
The viscount can be removed by the Council of Artisans after a majority vote and a proper reasoning.
