Sea-Nation of Dr'cerin

The Sea-Nation started as a loose cooperation of a few pirates active along the coast of The Silver Sea and the Peaceful Sea.
They colonized the Dr'cerin island as well as the close by region on the main land and expanded the city of Xultrari to a significant trade hub.
The Sea-Nation's primary activity switched from piracy to securing the trade and shipping routes within the last decades. This resulted in a short war and, since that ended, quite some skirmished with the Alteron Protectorate.
