Tenets of the Church of the Purifier

This book was found in the Wytchway Church of the Purifier.
Several copies exist. It contains several generic hymns and verses, the most interesting of which, is the song telling the story of Kerk Mortis himself.

1. Kerk Mortis the Betrayer,
   turned his back on his kind.
   Rose from darkness, no longer confined.



2. So that we may live,
   a life without fear.
   A sacrifice he made, no mortal should bear.



3. Brimming with power,
   no one God could hold.
   His love he lost, his heart split sevenfold.



4. Like he we may suffer,
   broken we lie.
   Purified of burden, with Lucer in the sky



5. To Kerk Mortis we pray,
   to him we pay our toll.
   That when death comes,
   he may shepherd our soul.

   Niathar'darah .
   With which he would create,
   with which he would scar.



6. Gods of our inner demons,
   endeavours no man should make.
   Gods meant to frighten, lest humanity break.



7. Like he we may suffer,
   broken we lie.
   Purified of burden, with Lucer in the sky



8. To Kerk Mortis we pray,
   to him we pay our toll.
