Recruitment for new knights. (Kinda dumb cause most people didn't know how to read but they did get new recruits)

Background

Due to the corruptions and laws there was an Increase need in Knights. They lowered the joining age to 13 and graduate age to 16.

Public Reaction

Some people were interested, mostly orphans. Others were suspicous, coming up with conspiracy theories. Others were angry about it, and most people were uninterested.
