Edenstone started their Industrial Revolution late. Their main focus was on Coal mining and Iron and Steel Production.

Because Dieter destroyed the economy, Edenstone's Industrial Revolution didn't start until the 1840s. They focused on Coal mining, and Iron & Steel production. Because Edenstone was behind other countries in the industrial revolution, they focused on catching up and ended up becoming more advanced without realizing it.
