Bando is a Rodian weapons dealer who operates on Nar Shaddaa. His skin has a light shade of green, and while he seems more intact than his partner, Neechuk, the gloves on his hands may be covering cybernetics not advanced, or expensive, enough to include faux skin.
He and Bando sold Jaless some Imperial-grade detonite. They are not fans of Moff Reyn.
