Bao Gong's Noble Phantasm is Supreme Judgement of the Heavens and Worlds. Upon activation, Bao Gong opens up his Tome of the Laws and casts a powerful binding spell against his target. The target is targeted by several spectral chains that quickly wrap and bind the target until they can't move anymore. Bao begins to quickly read off every single crime and sin that the individual has committed. The more chaotic or evil the target is, the greater damage they will take. If the target's crimes are far too heinous, the target is promptly struck down with a powerful smite-like attack.
Apparel & Accessories
Bao Gong's attire consists of an orientally-designed set of black and yellow robes. Indoors, he wears a relatively large cap that signifies his role as a civic justice worker.

Bao's primary piece of equipment is his Tome of the Laws. This tome is special in the sense that it not only serves as his source for his spells, but it also has the ability to know and display every single law in whatever country or settlement he is currently in. The laws that are shown in the pages will change at the start of a new day in a new settlement.

Bao Gong was a famous scholar and civil justice worker. He was very well known for his strong sense of law, justice, and righteousness. Throughout his life of working as a civil service worker, he had gone through multiple legal cases and procedures, many of which involved him protecting the common folk from tyranny and corruption. It didn't matter whether the person he was prosecuting was a common bandit or even the king himself, he would make sure that any sort of criminal activity would be brought to light and that the one that committed such acts would receive the proper punishment. When Lord Bao died, his name and legacy would live on in the world of law and order.
