Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Edmond Dantes is a man of average build. He has pale skin, grey hair, and crimson-red eyes. His body always has a black-fire aura around it, symbolizing his life of vengeance.
Identifying Characteristics
Dantes' most identifying characteristic is the fact that his body constantly radiates a dark aura. This aura looks almost like black fire that's flickering around his body.
Special abilities
Dantes is an Avenger-class servant. As such, he has a decent repertoire of spells that he can use in combat. Additionally, the black-flame aura around him has the ability to grant some amount of magical defense, even being able to interrupt any form of magical communication by simply just being close to someone casting such spells. Most notable ability of all would be his Noble Phantasm: Enfer Château d'If. By amplifying the iron will of his mind and soul, Dantes briefly creates multiple clones of himself (technically speed-caused afterimages), representing his ability to escape not only the prison, but also escape the confines of the Weave. Those caught in the attacks unleashed will receive tremendous amounts of damage and may most likely die.
Apparel & Accessories
Dantes is a very well-dressed man. He wears a pale green shirt, a black coat, and a matching pair of slacks. He also has a long red necktie and wears a matching wide-brimmed hat.
Mental characteristics
Personal history
Edmond Dantes was a seafaring man. However, he was soon accused of a heinous crime that he never committed and was thrown into the high-security prison fortress known as Château d'If. This act was maddening to Dantes, however he managed to overcome this crime against him. Thanks to the guidance of a few dear companions, he managed to escape the prison, as well as gain a massive amount of treasure from the island of Monte Cristo. This was also where he got the famous name of the Count of Monte Cristo.
Throughout his post-prison escape life, Dantes had one thing on his mind: Vengeance. Dantes would travel throughout his home region, enacting brutal acts of revenge against all those who have either wronged him or, worse so, played a role in his false imprisonment. This lingering rage wasn't helped by the fact that the imprisonment meant that he would be torn away from the one person that he truly loved, a lady known as Mercédès.
His notoriety would eventually manifest itself in the Hall of Heroes, where Edmond Dantes would become a mystical servant that could manifest with the proper summoning magics. However, in a certain world, Dantes' life of vengeance would manifest itself in a form stronger than ever before. When Edmond Dantes was summoned as a servant to an unknown master, he soon realized that his master was purely using him for his own selfish acts. Despite it all, he resisted the urge to slit his master's throat. After surviving the ongoing Holy Grail War, his faction miraculously won, and he wished to become the true King of the Cavern.
Edmond Dantes, after an unknown amount of time of development, would soon create a massive miles-high fortification within an unknown demi-plane. This estate would soon manifest itself as a floating fortress above the great Tynarian Alt Sea. Its reasons for existing there is unknown to many people. The fortification has since been nicknamed the "Gothic Tower" for its dark and rather twisted aesthetic. Dantes sits at the highest point of the estate, bringing great acts of vengeance against anything and everything he deems to have wronged him.
Mental Trauma
Dantes' time in the Château d'If was by far one of the most traumatizing events in his life. Living in that horrid prison fortress was awful, but it came with a hidden silver lining. His will and mind have hardened themselves, giving him a will of iron, no matter what adversity he may face.
Morality & Philosophy
Dantes is a man that shows no mercy to those he deems to have wronged him. Vengeance is the primary thing that makes up his mind. The tactics he'll use to punish those wrongdoers can greatly be described as brutal, violent, and morally objectionable.
