Romashire Garrison
This fortress can be used as an HQ of sorts for the players. Once the war has entered the intelligence-gathering stage, the players will no longer need to return to Romashire City to rest and resupply. As time goes by, more merchants and NPC's will head to this fort to provide assets that players may need.
Purpose / Function
The Romashire Garrison building was built as a sort of military/traveler's checkpoint and watchpoint. Set multiple miles away from other settlements, the building could be used as a stopping point for traveling merchants and marching military groups as an easy and safe place to rest at. The fort is always being ran by a small group of guards and soldiers. Staying at the building could be an alternative to staying at a small hamlet or town, as it generally provided better defenses for its stayers.
However, ever since Bukatelia's defeat in the 2nd Holy Grail War and Seredena's annexation of the northern half, the fort became more of a military watchpoint for Seredena. Non-Seredenians can still use the fort as a rest stop, but they will have to either pay a hefty toll or leave.
Alterations
Ever since the annexation of Bukatelia's northern half, the fortress has been slightly changed so that Seredenian banners are now flown, rather than the Bukatelian flag.
Defenses
The fort is surrounded by gray stone walls. The main gate is also made of rather thick wood, adding in a little more defensive capability to it. The top perimeter of the wall has wooden flooring that allow for archers to walk around and fire from a higher ground.
