Culture
Bukatelian culture mainly involves the embracing of new ideas and new technologies. Considering how the country houses the most prolific universities on the continent, it's easy to see why. And of course, being a productive member of society is also useful and appreciated.
History
The Kingdom of Bukatelia was founded in the year 159 by Reginald Roman I. The original members of the kingdom all coalesced together and appointed Reginald Roman I as their leader due to his strong will and knowledge in leadership.
Bukatelia was inducted into both the 2nd and the 4th Holy Grail War. In the former, the country ended up losing due to it being unprepared and after an economic loss. Because of the results of the 2nd war, the northern half of the country was put under Seredena's control. Now in the year 500, it seeks to repair its unfortunate legacy of loss.
Military
The Bukatelian army has had a pretty rough start since the founding of the nation. For the first several decades, the country had to rely on private mercenary groups in order to defend its borders and settlements. This weakness in the military played a role in the country losing in the 2nd Holy Grail War. Most of the participants were soldiers from the military and the other handful were from mages that just graduated from the university.
Religion
While small religious groups exist across the country, the country recently has been doing more worship towards the gods of war like Tempus and Mars.
Foreign Relations
Bukatelia's foreign relations is mixed because of the Grail Wars. Out of all the other countries on the continent, Seredena Nation and Lekrone are the countries that Bukatelia have the lowest relations with. The former country is particularly bad, as they've taken over control over the northern half of Bukatelia in order to tap into the natural tin and copper resources.
Agriculture & Industry
The industry of Bukatelia is well caught-up in recent years. While small towns and villages still primarily focus on agriculture, the larger city of Romashire does focus more on things like weapon and tool production, among other things.

Bukatelia has always had a decent relationship between Lekrone and vice-versa. They were never major enemies to begin with and they conduct in frequent trading. During the 4th Holy Grail War, Lekrone was used as a pivot-point for a team of Bukatelian Grail Warriors while on their way to Haroshika.
Neutral
While Haroshika was an enemy faction during the 4th Holy Grail War, the relation between the two nations have always remained rather neutral. Even after the 4th Holy Grail War, not much really changed, mainly due to the countries' geographical distance and lack of non-war interactions.
Since the end of the 6th Holy Grail War, limited trading has been done between the two.
Low Opinion
Seredena used to control the northern half of Bukatelia, making a major dent in Bukatelia's economy. However, the end of the 4th Holy Grail War not only allowed Bukatelia reclaim all the lost land, but also forced Seredena to pay back the large amounts of lost profits.
Since the end of the 6th Holy Grail War, the two nations have lowered their distaste for one another and continue to trade in limitation.
