Captain Sigurd (a.k.a. "Snake Eyes")

Captain Sigurd was the Captain of the Sea Ghost and the Leader of The Phantoms adventuring group. His party seemed to coalesced around a mutual desire for fortune making and having little respect for the law. Sigurd himself seemed to be the most charismatic of them and was even a Scrycaster, Someone that used Scrycaster Orbs to broadcast their adventures to peasants for profit. Searching his office revealed that he had a decent contract with Lionshield Coster to advertise their swords and had possibly taken advantage of star-struck fans. After the party's raid of his ship, he has now been taken away for sentencing and imprisonment.
