The Ex-Captain of the Sea Ghost. Probably in jail now

Captain Sigurd was the Captain of the Sea Ghost and the Leader of The Phantoms adventuring group. His party seemed to coalesced around a mutual desire for fortune making and having little respect for the law. Sigurd himself seemed to be the most charismatic of them and was even a Scrycaster, Someone that used Scrycaster Orbs to broadcast their adventures to peasants for profit.
 
Searching his office revealed that he had a decent contract with Lionshield Coster to advertise their swords and had possibly taken advantage of star-struck fans.
 
After the party's raid of his ship, he has now been taken away for sentencing and imprisonment.
