Einar, Boldvalour or the Ogress of War

"Einar" is a +2 Broad Sword made by Aesgardian smiths. The name comes from the Norse name Einarr, which , is connected with the concept of the einherjar, undead warriors who have died in battle and are brought to Valhalla by valkyries. The name, is related to the common nouns einarðr (meaning “bold”) and einörð (meaning “valour”). The sword was named Boldvalour by the smith who created it. A prior Viking warrior, Egil the Burnt gave the sword his own nickname, the Ogress of War or "Folcvigpurs".   The sword was used by an orc lieutenant, who was slain in the Siege of Olbat: Games 13 and 14 outside of the village of Olbat and was part of the Olbat Loot: Game 15.5.
