Schproülaudt Schtrücker Hifdta
The Golden Plate Troupe operates in Schproülaudt Schtrücker during fair season in Bridt Sche a country in Miyla. The fair has been a long standing and the faces of the troupe change because the fair employs mortals who of course do not live as long as the immortal Shifter Dragons.
Structure
The director is the one that calls the actors back to the fair during the fair season. They also organize give the actors notes and help them get better at their crafter. Next is the writer who writes new plays that are performed with classic plays during the season. Next are the actors who perform the plays followed by stagehands and other staff members.
Culture
A troupe is a creative group who do their best to build up the actors in it and help them get better at acting. They do their best not to be in a toxic work environment and encourage creativity. They do have moments where they are not the best because creative people can be brutal to each other. The director does their best to stop diva behavior that crops up.
Public Agenda
To entertain people with great performances of plays and to provide distraction of the people when there are wars. Right now there is no war in Bridt Sche just rumors of wars and word of the terrorist organization Kezedfrunch.
Assets
They have a theatre building at the fairgrounds that is fully stocked with everything that a theatre needs. There is a ticket stand where the tickets are sold and a large backstage area with dressing rooms for the actors and places for them to stay while they are working during the season.
