Purpose / Function

As the docks of Gracklstugh were opened up to trade with other races of the underdark, conflicts often broke out over Cultural differances. There was a clear need for a mediator. Originally founded by Huey's father as a negotiation hall to settle cultural disputes that fell outside the law, it now serves as a storage house of ancient junk.
