Archduke Lucio Valenté Monaco (a.k.a. Archduke of Limaní Ano)

Archduke Lucio, otherwise known as Archduke Lucio Valenté Monaco of Limaní Ano, is the most powerful of the grand duchy ruling over the Sovereign State of Kankou. By nobles he is known to be fair and easygoing, but to most that are not of the higher class he is widely criticized for enabling oppressive regimes and for being apathetic, elitist, and lazy when it comes to using his wealth and political status. The Archduke of Limaní Ano is one of four Archdukes within Kankou, however due to his representation of the capitol state he technically has the most power to make executive decisions for the country.
