Miodulth
(a.k.a. The Emerald Bard)
The emerald great wyrm. Miodulth is the youngest of the dragons he awoke after the slave rebellions. He was trained by Zumontiarth. Much more compassionate than the others, Miodulth spends most of his time in the towns of the Emerald Isles in his mortal form. Highly interested in stories, both listening and telling them.
In 130 Devine, he took part in the Treaty of Lacertillia on behalf of the other dragons. During this time while the merchant guild was being a bit pussy on forming their gem sea federation, Miodulth gently reminded them they were encroaching on Zumontiarth's territory.
During the crisis of the Fey age, Miodulth helps Grunkle's Angels, first trying to be secretive, but more openly after getting injured at the Battle of Voidcape.

No mommy, please, I'm sorry, I'll do better I promise, I'm sorry- Patron of laughing pony after trying to get handsy with Miodulth's favorite barmaid. Miodulth doesn't have a breath weapon as such, more a weaponized mind, forcing opponents to live through their worst memories and/or nightmares. Though this has never directly killed anyone, it has left shells of people behind. It obviously has no effect on the mindless.
