The Draconic Library
A giant fortress in the middle of the Drake Vil, the oldest standing city on the continent. The fortress is placed on a large acropolis with black stone walls around the edge. A Giant arched gatehouse on the north side sits atop the 300 steps leading from the city below. Each side of the gatehouse is flanked by large towers with open-mouthed dragon gargoyles hanging over the edge above the stairs. Once inside tall houses line the streets with arched stained glass windows. A market sits in the center with stalls selling food, clothes, and other gear, other squares dot the acropolis where lectures give speeches and discussions on subjects. The southern side of the acropolis is dominated by a massive ornate structure reaching to the heavens each corner holds a large tower adorned with stained glass windows, This is the library itself a six-story labyrinth of books selves and galleries covering every subject feasible, these extend to large archives below. All of this is looked after by The Keeper of knowledge and his Owlin and Draconic subjects.
