• Since Murkwell is no more, Veronika is forced to leave the only home they've ever known in search of more answers about where they came from. Veronika wants to find other nearby villages and talk to other Healers to find out what their own Healer was trying to do. 
• This will kind of represent the search for meaning behind suffering, a "why" when the answer is normally as simple as "someone else was hurting too". 
• It's on Veronika's search for another nearby village that they find another survivor of the Murkwell Darkness. Conflict will happen at some point of the story between these two characters because of this secret. 
• More problems will arrive further into the story as Veronika starts to use more magic. At first, the magic is used to help solve problems they face on their travels, while also being used in secret to help Veronika deal with the visions of Healer. The more Veronika uses their magic, the more Darkness feeds on their sanity, which also gives Darkness enough power to become physically real.
