Personal history

Celia and her twin, Vesper, were born in Ilyrium to Aleksander Cross and Marina Cross. As part of the illustrious Cross family, Celia grew up wealthy and privileged.
Celia's magic developed at age four, and although not nearly as powerful as her twin brother (few are), Celia's early emergence of magic promised a bright future. Celia entered the Academy at age ten, where she proved to be an excellent student. When she moved on to the Institute, she continued to excel. Many believed that Celia would continue on to the Athenaeum, but Celia decided she would be much more content to teach young students.
Celia was recently promoted to Level Six, and although her twin brother believes she could be at a much higher Level, Celia has no plans to Level up in the near future.

Like other children of United Britannia and Hibernia, Celia started attending the Academy at age ten, and was then examined by the Magisterium at age fourteen. From the ages of fourteen to sixteen, she studied at the Institute. Upon completion of her education at the Institute, Celia was hired to be a teacher for Year Ones at the Academy, she she has remained since.

Celia is a teacher for Year Ones at the Academy. Celia quite enjoys her job and has no current plans to change it.

Celia is a very friendly and generous friend. Although her patience tends to be short with other people, she excels at her patience with her students. Like her twin brother, Celia enjoys a good verbal spar and many of those around her would be hesitant to argue with her.

Like all Crosses, she can be very stubborn. Additionally, Celia has the tendency to be quite blunt with others, which some find distasteful (although Celia certainly does not mind people returning that bluntness).
