Dark objects

Dark objects are objects that are either created by Dark Magic or are imbued with it.

Mors Torque

The Mors Torque was developed by Kasper Gray circa 1830. The Mors Torque is an exquisite necklace bedecked with precious jewels and silver. When a witch wears the necklace, it kills them instantly. Currently, it is the Council's favored means of execution for the criminals of United Britannia and Hibernia.

Vincula

The Vinclula was developed by Kasper Gray as well. The Vincula is a set of handcuffs that, when worn, prevents witches from using their magic. After wearing for a lengthy amount of time, a witch's magic begins to dissipate, and when worn for an even more extended period of time, it can permanently alter or even disable a witch's magic. Currently, the Vincula is kept by the Magisterium and Council for means of torture.

Dark Deck

The Dark Deck was created by an unknown witch and the age of the deck is estimated to be about 600 years old. When used, Dark beings/animals depicted on the cards can be called upon and brought forth into real life.

Mortem Sica

The Mortem Sica was created by an unknown witch in the 1700s. It is a dagger that, when a witch is stabbed with the weapon, infects the victim with Mortem. Currently, the Mortem Sica is kept by the Council and Magisterium for possible future use.

Stella Mortem

The Stella Mortem is a star-shaped razor that, when thrown, slices deeply, and if thrown by someone with experience, can kill a witch almost immediately. The creator and its age are unknown. Currently, it is kept by the Council and Magisterium for possible future use.

Insaniam Armilla

The creator and age is unknown, but the Insaniam Armilla is a bracelet, that when worn, causes immediate and permanent insanity in the victim. Currently, the bracelet is kept by the Council and the Magisterium for means of torture.

Dens Coronam

The Dens Coronam was developed in the 14th century by a Hibernian witch. When placed on the victim's head and used with the correct spell, spikes begin to pierce the victim's skull. Currently, the crown is kept by the Council and Magisterium for means of torture and occasional execution.

Corpus Vincula

Developed by a Britannian witch in the 16th century, the Corpus Vincula is a spool of pink ribbon that is wrapped around the victim (either the whole body or parts of the body) and with the proper spell, causes extreme pain and/or paralysis. Currently, the Corpus Vincula is kept by the Council and Magisterium as a means of torture.
