Enter The Branch
The Silver Branch enters the story for the first time.
Alea (and/or Zeldine) finds the branch somewhere after getting out of the way of some fleeing artifact thieves who dropped it.
What brings about this situation, and how can they forget the branch? The holder of it dies?
New pitch: Zeldine brings Alea to a party with the thieves, and the place gets raided? Or the Jotunn Hunters and they get raided by thieves or henchmen?
The Branch goes from an Unknown Jotunn (another contender), The Hunters, and then it should have gone to the Thieves or a Big Player, but instead it ended up in Alea's hands. Maybe the Hunters chase the thieves in Aleas car?
Somebody made a plan to steal the hunter's loot. They had a lookout at the hunter's crib and waited for them to come back, couldn't believe their luck when the hunters started drinking. They get a girl in who triggers something that darkens/blinds everybody and storm the appartment
