Past Life
Claudia was born on a farm in a mountainous area of the North. She spent her youth living on that farm and helping with the cattle and horses, and learned how to be a farrier. Her parents always wanted her to stay at the farm and continue their family business, but Claudia fell in love with a guy from a town they visited frequently to sell their goods. She wanted to get married and left the farm to move in with her fiancé. Their happy life together didn't last long, however. Her husband was drafted into the area's military force. Claudia volunteered herself to also join, to still be able to be together. But her husband soon fell in combat. Claudia, mourning for him, quit the military and tried to start over as a travelling farrier and blacksmith. It was then when she met Winston, who had Sky in tow and approached Claudia about joining his "clan". She agreed, but only when Winston mentioned that he was planning on acquiring heavy weapons and using them. In the past couple years, she had started missing her time in the military, and this new clan seemed like a way to ease herself back into the soldier life.With the Scavengers
It eventually became clear that Winston wouldn't be able to keep his promise in the exact way he had made it. While their clan grew a little, they didn't really manage to establish themselves or acquire the excessive amounts of weaponry Claudia had envisioned. By then, she sometimes considered quitting the Scavengers and looking for other things to do with her life, but she had already gotten into a relationship with Angler and didn't want to leave him behind. She never liked being inside the bunker that her clan moved into, and preferred taking long walks outside. This eventually and unfortunately led to her being caught on the outside during one of the attacks of the Legion. She couldn't return to the bunker in time before she got detected and hunted down. Despite her somehow reaching the gates anyway, she couldn't get inside because Winston refused to open them. Claudia couldn't fight off the enemies any longer and was taken away.Current Situation
Her fate and whereabouts are unknown. Frantic efforts to locate her have not yielded any result so far. It's not even certain whether she is still alive (even if Angler is very adamant about claiming she hasn't died).
