The Solarian Council

Seated in the capital of the Sunset Isles, the Solarian Council governs the home of the elves. It is primarily comprised of High Elves born on the isles and has minor input from Wood Elven representatives from the isle of Hernasa. The Solarian Council pursues a highly xenophobic set of policies that rarely allow non-elves (including Dark Elves which they view as non-elven) from even setting foot on the isles, with their capital island of Solarias only being reserved for pureblooded elves (High and Wood Elves). Their powerful command over magick allows their forces punch well above their weight particularly in defense of their isles which only further fuels their aloof attitudes. They despise the Imperial Legion for successfully subjugating the isles for millennia. Since forming The Pact with the dwarves of Bomac and the merchants of Kli'ir, have sworn to never allow an outside force to dominate their homeland ever again.
