Not truly a Guild in any sense but more of an unofficial, junior branch of the Knights of the Road.
The homeless kids of the street all watch out for each other and band together when needed.
There is a long tradition of using these orphans as scouts for gangs or to have one deliver a message.
It is an unspoken rule that if one of these street kids delivers a letter to you, that you repay them with a thread or two.
The 'guild' keeps a record of those who break this rule and will sometimes pull pranks or 'lose' important letters for those who have been miserly.
