Pashen

Found in the barren plateaus of the highest mountain ranges of Seotan, Pashen is a mysterious place ruled by monks who worship the Apostolic Heptead in their own fashion, and was the source of the white lotus, a flower which provides this world's equivalent of opium, a tool for healing that the yuan-ti have turned into a dangerous narcotic trafficked by their cartels. Little is know of Pashen's culture in Talingarde, but it is one of the surviving beacons of Good in this world.
