Phlegethon

Phlegethon, the Fourth Hell, is a raging conflagaration of rivers of magma and fluid flame, of barbed wire passages and vicious thorns, of the most exquisite and terrible tortures. The "sky" burns richly and boils with all sorts of pyroclastic matter. Belial rules as archdevil here, and through their Throne claims the Principle of Pain.
